Elena Pushin - $175 for 50 min session

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. 

Insurance:

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

Do I have mental health insurance coverage?

What is my deductible?

What is my copay?

Do I need a referral or pre-authorization?

Are my behavioral services covered by a managed health network?

While some insurances can be billed directly, we will provide a superbill for others. Once recieved, you can submit the superbill to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Cancellations:

All cancellations must be done 24 hours in advance. If you do not cancel and do not show up to your appointment, you are responsible for payment for the session and will be billed.
